Work continues at this Southpark pool renovation.  After completion of the demolition, an inspection discovered delamination in the walls of the pool.  Delamination is the separation of the existing pool surface from the pool shell or a previous layer of pool surfacing material.  Raised calcium nodules are usually a visible sign of delamination.   This is also commonly known as “hollow spots”.  The delaminated surface has to be removed in order for the new pool surface to adhere properly.  The now uneven surface of the pool will be smoothed out with the application of Pebble Tec.  The installation of the new waterline tile and travertine coping has also been completed.

Now is a great time to renovate your pool, so give us a call today!
